DAVE ARSENAULT

One of the founding members of The Shag Harbour Band.

Dave has played continuously with The SHB in Ottawa and on Vancouver Island . He plays acoustic guitar and is the lead singer. Dave has played guitar since he was 6 years old. Recently he has been dabbling with the mandolin.

Favorite music moments were meeting both Jimmy Rankin while he was touring in Sidney, BC and then later that year, Alan Doyle in Victoria, BC at his book signing.

TIM FROST

Tim Frost joined The Shag Harbour Band in 2008. He plays fiddle.

He is classical trained on violin and has translated those skills to a rockin' fiddle player.

DAVE WILSON

Another founding band member, Dave Wilson played with The Shag Harbour Band in Ottawa from 2000 to 2007. He most recently moved to Victoria and has re-joined The SHB again. He plays bass guitar and sings back-up vocals. He brought the East Coast flare with him and he is eager to play the West Coast venues.

Dave is a multi-skilled musician playing a range of instruments that might be seen at a future SHB event.

Favourite musical memory: Headlining the St. Paddy's Day festivities at O'Casey's Pub in The Hague, Netherlands - that was a great time!

SHANE DENNISON

Shane Dennison joined The SHB in 2008. He plays bass guitar and sings back-up vocals.

He was on hiatus for a while but has re-joined the band recently; the rest of the guys sure missed his flare for fashion on the stage.
